Mission
Montfort Hospital Foundation's mission is to solicit, receive, administer and expend funds and the income derived therefrom, for the purposes of developing, expanding and promoting healthcare, teaching and research objectives of the Hôpital Montfort.
Incorporated in 1986, the Foundation was conceived as a development tool for the Hôpital Montfort and constitutes, to some extent, a promise to pursue the hospital's tradition of dedication and compassionate care, in order to create new resources that are beneficial to the entire community.
The funds collected by the Foundation serve in part to modernize the hospital's medical equipment, redevelop the infrastructures, and expand essential services, as well as pursue research and teaching.
Our specific role is to sustain a framework for the generosity, volunteerism and altruism of the thousands of donors supporting the Montfort Hospital Foundation and enabling us to provide for our financial independence.
